How long will this process take?

It truly depends on when you place your order and the amount and quality of information you provide us with during your ordering process. Typically, you can expect to receive a draft within 3 to 5 days.  If your resume is one that requires more time, we will notify you and provide you with an expected delivery time. If this time is not convenient for you, we will refund 100%. Complete turnaround time is typically 3 to 6 days, which includes the draft delivery and your approval time. However, you will have up to 10 business days to provide your approval and / or two sets of revisions.

Complete an online assessment to provide your resume information or download the Word formatted Assessment

You will receive and email and a follow up phone call from the resume writer. Your resume draft will be ready for your review within 3 to 5 business days and you will have up to two revisions and 10 days to review.

Between your order placement time and your delivery time, you may contact your writer, via e-mail or phone,
and during business hours. Your writer might send you e-mails if more questions are required to write your resume. If you do not check your e-mails everyday, you may request a phone call notifying you that an e-mail has been sent.

If you are satisfied with your draft, you will then send an e-mail accepting your project as finalized.

After completing your project, your resume writer will follow up with you within 2 weeks to see if you need further assistance, or have additional questions. If you need our assistance before then, please call or e-mail.
How come your prices are cheaper than other professional resume services?

Creating Prints operates out of Winter Park, Florida, and overhead cost is lower out of this state than many other states.  Prices have been established at a profitable margin for Creating Prints, and at the lowest rate possible for our customers and still provide professionally prepared resumes.
I have seen cheaper prices, how come you charge more?

Prices have been established at profitable margin for Creating Prints without jeopardizing the quality of your resume. If we lower our prices, we would have to lower the amount of time invested in creating your resume, the amount of time spent servicing you, answering e-mails, and downgrade the type of paper we purchase, etc.

In turn, having to lower quality and effectiveness as well.  All resumes from Creating Prints are screened before release to ensure compliance with the National Resume Writer's Association Certification Guide. If you pay pennies for a resume, you will most likely receive the same return! Eventually, that will cost you more.
How can you write a better resume for me than I can?

Your resume is prepared by a certified writer (seal of professional standard). Our preparation process involves: Making sure you are serviced well. Analyzing your submitted resume and additional information. Strategically writing your resume to highlight your strengths and downplay your weakness. You cannot get this type of services if you pay less, or if you write it yourself. You simply will not be able to acquire the experience, tools, and resources we have available to write your resume. How do you choose the resume’s design and what if I don’t like it?

Design is chosen based on the format needed to highlight your information, and the industry you are targeting. You are welcomed to send us suggestions or an image if you’d like. However, while we will work with you, please accept our opinion as final, as with our experience, we know if the design will help you or hurt you.  In the event that you do not like a design, you can request a change.

What if I don’t get any phone calls? Will you guarantee the resume  will get me a job?

You will receive phone calls if you submit your resume following all of our instructions. No one can guarantee you a job. If they do, it is simply to win your business.  The best resume is no good if you do not use it correctly, or interview poorly.

In the unlikely event that you have followed our suggestions and have not received interview calls, please contact us and we will evaluate your job search procedures, and provide you with our advice. We will also re-evaluate your resume and see if there is any room for improvement. We will rewrite it at no cost to you.

Our physical address is in Winter Park, Florida. We do not post it online to deter door to door soliciting. When we meet with local clients, we do so by appointments only. Once you become a client, we will provide you with our physical address on your receipt.
Cancellations and refunds?

Because of the nature of resumes (it is a service for you and  producing a product that cannot be resold), we cannot offer you refunds. However, you do have a 24-hour cancellation window, for any reason. You can also cancel after you have received our delivery e-mail notification, if your are not happy with delivery time.

You must cancel for delivery time within 24 hours from receiving our delivery time e-mail.  For all other reasons, within 24 hours from order time.

What if I have a Mac?

In the event that you have a Mac...

1. We will email you a PDF file (Adobe Acrobat Reader).

2. Some Mac computers can open Word files and so we can email you a Word sample before you get
   started.

3. Also, we will email you an ASCII resume which can be viewed by different types of software and
   computers. While this format will allow you to read content, you won't be able to view layout.

4. For layout proofing, we can email you an image of your resume. If you can view images online, you
   should have no problem.

5. We can also mail you copies along with a disk so that you may print in the future by taking your disk
   to a copy/printing center.
