To Earn the Requirements to Earn the MRW :

1. Five year resume writing experience prooved and documented!

2. A previous certification (optional but facilitates process)

3. Submission of a resume writing portfolio demonstrating expertise on strategy, writing, English grammar, formatting and

presentation with explanations on strategy development.

4. Pass an extensive English grammar test.

5 The MRW must be renewed every two years.
